Classic Blueberry Spelt Muffins

Ingredients:

☐ 1/4 sea salt

☐ 1/3 cup maple syrup

☐ 1 teaspoon baking powder

☐ 1/2 cup sea moss

☐ 3/4 cup spelt flour

☐ 3/4 cup Kamut flour

☐ 1 cup hemp milk

☐ 1 cup blueberries

Directions:

Preheat your Air Fryer to 380 degrees F Take your muffin tins and gently grease them Take a bowl and add flour, syrup, salt, baking powder, seamless and mix well Add milk and mix well Fold in blueberries Pour into muffin tins
Transfer to the cooking basket, bake for 20-25 minutes until nicely baked Serve and enjoy!
